Hi,

i have been debugging from past 3 days but unable to fine out the reason,

As you have said i have added lot many permissions to make it run but it is not working fine,

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE" />

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS" />

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_CONTACTS" />

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS" ></uses-permission>

      <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION" ></uses-permission>

      <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS" ></uses-permission>

these are the permissions added, and i am using, my phone samsung gt s6012 model mobile phone,

when i get a call i am not getting any voice from this speech and and no exception is also thrown for not getting the voice,

I have initialized and used all the methods but unable to get the required output,

Can any one tell me how can i overcome this issue and make the speech on a call with user defined message,

If possible please advice me the jar that are used to convert text into speech with a simple method,while the phone was ringing,
