[Google Maps API v2] non-profit looking for help with map creation

Hi all,

 

I work for a not for profit organization and we are looking to map out different layers of accounts on a Google map with some of these abilities:

- Geocode the location based on address.

- There will be about four different times of accounts we would like to map. Each with a  different colour marker.

- Clustering so if you zoom out, markers of the same colour close together will appear as a number within the marker.

- A legend on the map that is selectable. So If you only want to view two of the marker types, you can unselect the others.

 

None of us have any programming experience and are looking for a developer who might be interested in doing this for us cost effectively.
