How to create a new service RPC with GWT plugin?

I am not able to access the option to create a new service RPC in plugin google 4.3 (Kepler)

When I used the eclipse helios plugin it provide the option of creating a new RPC that facilitated much time to create a new RPC.

With the new version I have to create interfaces in hand?
