Stack traces help a lot.  Just follow it up from the bottom until it's back in your code.  Then you know where to concentrate.

Your root urls.py, line 19 should say:
     url(r'^polls/', include('polls.urls'))

That is, the character before the last single quote on the line should be 's'.
