Re: Resize SimpleLayoutPanel issues.

1.) Is your activity's view a LayoutPanel? If not there is no need to use SimpleLayoutPanel. Just use SimplePanel instead and don't give it a height. Because its not a LayoutPanel it will adjust its height based on its content. If it is a LayoutPanel then maybe rethink if its really needed. Normally you use LayoutPanels for coarse layouts and not for such tiny widgets.

2.) Any specific reason you have chosen VerticalPanel? VerticalPanel distributes all its cells evenly (2 cells => each cell has 50% height) if you don't change that programatically. Maybe you better use FlowPanel.
