Well, I don't want my code to strictly depend on the version of single libraries. In addition, the samples do not show anything on my Android smartphone.

BTW: Why do we need a special library for SVG? I thought that modern browsers can interpret it directly?

Is there any solution for displaying vector graphics you can recommend?

I would even use pixel based canvases if there were a suitable support by most browsers.
