south in windows

Hi,

I am trying to sync south in my db, but i can't sync it. Its giving me an error:

(use ./manage.py migrate to migrate these)

Is there anyway to do this command, "./manage.py", in windows. I could have done it by chmod + x manage.py in other os. But how do i do it in windows? Is there any other way around to sync south in windows?
