[android-developers] Re: Custom exception in AIDL

"From an AIDL service"? Some, even many Services use AIDL, but the AIDL file only describes the data-marshaling for the Service. So if you mean "can I throw an exception from the AIDL file", the answer is no. But why would you want to? You can throw an exception from the Service itself exactly the same way you throw an Exception from any application component written in Java.
