[android-developers] Re: Preventing dialog auto-dismiss on button click

Thank you for the workaround, this was driving me nuts.
I just did one thing slightly different.
Since the DialogInterface.OnClickListener does not get used I just set it to null like this:
 
dialog.setButton(ProgressDialog.BUTTON_NEGATIVE, getString(R.string.cancel), (DialogInterface.OnClickListener) null);
