Has anyone faced the problem of their app working on one device and crashing on another? Absolutely. For so many reasons that there is no way to be able to tell what your problem could possibly be.
You should install a crash reporting system in your app, so that when it does generate crashes they will at least be sent to you, and you can have some hope of being able to figure out what might have gone wrong.
