STATIC_URL and Django 1.6

I have a very strange problem in the production server (apache + wsgi, python 2.7, ubuntu server). I updated Django to 1.6 from 1.5.4 and {{ STATIC_URL }}, {{ LANGUAGE_CODE }} (from localeUrl) don't work - returns an empty string.

I returned to the 1.5.4 Django and works fine. Any ideas what's wrong ? In the development environment (windows) is OK.
