[Rails] Seeking mentor...code review and employment assistance

Greetings!

For quite a while now, I have been trying to find a job in Ruby on Rails without any luck.   For a few months I gained some production experience, and since then I have built and deployed two full-stack applications.  I am wondering if anyone out there would be willing to review my code and offer me some assistance in finding work.
