But the question, is there a way to set the logLevel in Super Dev Mode ?

Currently it's hardcoded, see: https://gwt.googlesource.com/gwt/+/master/dev/codeserver/java/com/google/gwt/dev/codeserver/CompilerOptionsImpl.java line 85.

Feel free to open an issue for it.
