[Rails] Bundle Installing nokogiri - ruby 2.0.0 gives error

This is the error i found, I tried with the below's by no use.

gem install nokogiri -v '1.6.1'

And also I installed the dependencies too,

Can anyone give the suggestion, thank I advance.
