(gugukluhayat) [Tips and Trick] Tips Make Shortcut Key a Combination Format with Macro

If you already have a standard format such format title with Bold Font 18, you can make a shortcut key to make easy to you on work. It's very simple with macro you can do it.
1. Open Ms. Word
2. Click View | Macro | Record Macro.
 

3. Type Name You want it present your combination format. For example I choose BU18(Bold Underline Font 18) , type your Description about your macro, and click Keyboard on sub menu Asign Macro To.
 


4. Choose your shortcut key It must different with another, for example I choose CTR +Shift+J , click Assign and after that click Close.
 
 
5. Now Macro Start record, because I want make a combination format such Bold Underline and Font 18, so I will click Bold, Italic and font Size 18 on Ribbon Home.
 

6. After that click View | Macro | Stop Recording.
 
7. And now you already have a shortcut key your combination format. You can make a new combination such Bold Font Times New Roman Size 28 and Center Margins with the same way.
