Maps developer wanted - (US residents only)

I have a project that I am unable to accept due to lack of time and
therefore I am looking for someone who might be interested.

Requirements:
- Must live in the United States. (This is a requirement from the
client)
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Object oriented Javascript and the Google Maps API
- Familiarity with encoded polylines
- Perl and PHP, (both), as server side languages
- MySQL database

Also useful, but not required:
- Knowledge of controlling an embedded Windows Media Player
programatically (by Javascript)

A large portion of the project is already done, so you would need to
build on top of what's already there.
