Re: KML parse map issues

Please, Please can I get some direction here.

I am using:

var exml = new GeoXml("exml", mmap, "isla0017a.kml",
{sidebarid:"the_side_bar",sortbyname:true,allfoldersopen:true,
iconFromDescription:false,iwwidth:250,
domouseover:false,directions:false});

I do this to get the sidebar behavior I want.

My site is http://www.myislamap.com/map.htm

It seems the top folder/document is what is preventing any setCenter I
use after the parse statement.
Does the problem lie in the KML file or how I have written the page?

I want to control the sidebar clicks. Right now you can click on a
folder, I dont want the map to do anything in this case.
When clicking on a polygon, the map zooms all the way in, I dont want
a zoom here, just the same kind of event that brings
up an infoWindow like the markers do.
