Yes. Create the layout / view you want to display as a popup then add it to the mapview with a set of MapView.LayoutParameters that specify the coordinates to add it to (in your case, the lat / lon coordinate you want to display).

when he wants to close the information.
What i want is something similar to the google maps application: If i
click in the map, a popup shows the latitude/longitude or the
streetname.
