Refresh from KML

I have project that uses a KML file, the same would be true for an XML
though.

As the file gets parsed, an info window contains an image that is
updated and fed from a webcam. The image is always overwritten with
the same file name by the webcam. When going to the map, unless you
F5 or refresh your browser, you do not see the latest image. How can
I have the latest image there? Ideally I would like to have it
updated without having to update the whole map...
