Here's the documentation

Look at the very first example and the way spaces are encoded in the
address

Note that the Static Map does address searches, so business names
won't be looked for.
And that address searches are imperfect e.g. not ever possible address
on the planet is known to th geocoder.
If you know where the place is supposed to be, use the lat lang to
place the map.
