data.Placemark keep getting NULL

For my googlemap code, if i run the code in localhost, something like
this..

http://localhost:8080/culture/external/gmap.html?city=PLOT 442, Jalan
Suasa, Pasir Gudang Industries Estate, Pasir Gudang, 81700, Johor, MY

googlemap map provides me with the exact place.

But if use ip address instead of localhost, and i tried to alert the
lat & long values & also the checking if data.Placemark is null or
not, the result is im getting the placemark as null. So, it fails
there.

Why is it happening? I have no idea.
Everytime i try to use an IP adddress its giving me the NULL
placemark.
