disable combo box. after clicking the button.

Hi..

i am having problem. disabling the combo box.with a button.

the application having one drop down button with Ajax button.
when i am clicking on the Ajax button. is calling the Ajax
function. and working fine.
after clicking the button i want to disable the combo box.
