help with markers/geolocation in a native iphone app

Hello,

I am trying to do the following in an iphone app that I am developing:

1)Place a marker at the users current location using geolocation
2)Place a marker at a fixed (known) location

Basically I want to show where the user is, and show where they need
to go. I would like the app to auto update the location of the user as
they move around. What is the best way to do this, its fine if it is
either an embedded map or I would even like to just go externally to a
URL that would place both the markers. Is this possible?
