[android-developers] Using google map api on phones without the map library?

Hi,
I have a bus app which displays route info on google map. A lot of users
is complaining they can not install the app because their rom don't have
google map library. So the <uses-library
android:name="com.google.android.maps" /> does not work.

Is there any way I can pack the map lib with my app? So people without
the map lib can still use my apps? Or is there other work around?
