[Google Maps API v2] Map V3 not showing up in IE, Completely Greyed out but shows infowindows

My site just got featured on Foursquares App Gallery but I'm worried people may come to the page on IE and the map is completely zonked. 

I'm doing a full code review but any sharp google maps devs, can you see anything glaringly wrong that would cause a complete breakdown like this. (Disclaimer: I am a Javascript N00b)
