[android-developers] It is posible create folders with permissions?

I have a question, I to create folders on the SD memory card with
permission.
How do you make?
is that I want to create a folder with permission,
so when the music players make search, I do not want to display my
folder.

It is this possible? if yes, how could it? (·_·?)
