[android-developers] The server could not process your apk. Try again.

Since this morning, I've been getting the error in the subject when I
try to upload a new APK version to my Market Developer Console. At
first, I figured it was just a brief server outage, but not since it's
gone on all day. I also suspect it's only affecting me, since I've
seen no other mention of it on this group. Well, I'm mentioning it
now.

Any suggestions? Anyone come across this before? I've released enough
APKs that I'm quite familiar with the Console; while that doesn't rule
out a stupid mistake, of course, I don't think that's the case here.
Obvious possibilities that I think I HAVE ruled out: I've confirmed
that it's the correct package name, and that it's signed with the same
key as it always has been. Beyond that, I'm not sure what to consider.

FWIW, I have also contacted Market Support, with no response as yet.
And I did notice that this morning was the first time the "Draft
application" feature became available on my Console; not sure if
that's relevant, but coincidences are suspicious.
