[android-developers] How to embed a package in another package

I have 2 packages a.apk and b.apk, is it possible to embed b.apk into a.apk, that when I install a.apk, b.apk is installed automatically, and when a.apk is uninstalled, b.apk is uninstalled as well? Thanks. -Jiang
