[android-developers] Layout: Battery usage bar

Hi everyone

Just wondering if anyone knows how the layout (specifically the power
used bar) is created for the power consumption page with android. ive
been trying to recreate it will little success.

Id like to use the little power meter in my application.

Any help is greatly appreciated
