[Google Maps API v2] Current location

Hi,
I want to use your maps in one of my application. I want to know if
its possible to take the EXACT coordinates of the location I'm
accessing site from???
For example I'm sitting in Pakistan's city called Islamabad and inside
Islamabad I'm sitting in a sector called F-10. Is it possible that
when I open my website it points to the exact location???

I've read in detail about the maps and using them in application. I'm
familiar with the javascript code and all that stuff, infact I'm using
maps in my website but i'm failing to get the EXACT EXACT location of
mine.
