[Google Maps API v2] Looking for solution for google place api client id & signature

Hi all,
I am new in Android .

I am facing one problem ..

In my application , I need all restuarant name nearest to current
position with specified range..

I have found solution for this by using google place API..

I also have visited google code site for this sol...

but it needs client id & signature for accesing this web service..

Is there any other solution for this problem..

OR how can i get client id as fast as possible..

Plz help me .
