Mix 'N Match units in DockLayoutPanel

Hi All,

I'm attempting to use the DockLayoutPanel to create a center with a static width and variable width east and west.  Creating a nice center column that's always the same width. I can do this in HTML, but I'm trying to take advantage of the LayoutPanel since this is the top level layout for my app.
