The registered callback will be executed before an event (Mouse click/Move, Key Press etc) gets to the message loop.

Scheduler.scheduleEntry(new RepeatingCommand() {

  boolean execute() {

    // some activity occurred

    return true; // to be called again, false to stop from being called

  }

});
