[android-developers] Dynamic keyboard for Indic languages (Telugu)

I have requested from Android Developers to incorporate Dynamic
Keyboard and support of OTC fonts similar to Windows 7. Many non
English language users can map Upper/Lower case keys to their own
language unicodes. I am new to Android developers group and expecting
some response from them. Android is supporting korean, Chineese and
easily can support Indic (Indian) languages of 1.2 Billion people.
