[Google Maps API v2] Problem with Zooming & a custom map.

My website:

I am having trouble getting the code right to fix the zoom..

My max zoom: 4
My min zoom: 0

If you zoom in to 5,6,7,etc it bug's out and if you move the map it flys.. I am need of a solution.
