I have check it and I can connect to oracle database ^^

I use configuration like this:
'driver' => 'oracle',
'connect'=>'oci_connect',
'persistent' => false,
'host' => 'localhost',
'port'=>1521,
'login' => 'hr',
'password' => 'hr',
'database' => 'xe',
'prefix' => '',

and check php_oci8 in PHP-> PHP extensions
