write a GWT wrapper for a commercial Javascript library

Hi there,
there is a Javascript commercial library that i'm interested to write
a GWT wrapper for :http://www.jgraph.com/mxgraph.html
the licensing is here : http://www.jgraph.com/purchase.html
does this means i need to purchase a single licence (5000£) and if i
develop my GWT app around mxGraph i'll be able to sell it ?
can you advise me how i can get access to this library API and what
licensing issues i should observe to produce a GWT wrapper for this JS
library?
