[Google Maps API v2] Table ID of excel using Fusion Table API

Hi all,
I want to map my data from excel sheet using fusion table API but in
its API it needs table ID.
var tableid = 297050;

I don't have a knowledge about SQL. For excel what id will i give in
the code?Can anyone help me?
