GWT hosted mode does not work in FF4

I upgraded my FF to FF4 today and GWT hosted mode crashes with the
message "[ERROR] [bam] - Failed to create an instance of
'net.bookedin.bam.client.BAM' via deferred binding "

How can I fix this?
