[Rails] while editing record_select field not fetching records

I have used one screen in that ,record_selct for one association
(product_hierarchy).
while create new ,record_select for product_hierarchy is fetching
records
but,while editing or updating the corresponding screen,record_select for
product_hierarchy is not fetching records,(0 records found )

any one know the solution,please give me advice
