[Google Maps API v2] Allowed for free use?

Hello!

I have read the Google Maps/Google Earth APIs Terms of Service but I'm
still not sure if I'm allowed to use the free service for my business
site. I hope you can help me.

We offer on our Website many articles about worldwide topics. There is
a restricted area, where you need to register and pay for. As you are
paying-user you can see the whole website.

My question is: Am I allowed to implement Google Maps on ONLY these
sites, which are free to use for everybody?
