[Google Maps API v2] real estate web portal

Dear,

I am launching a new real estate web portal in a couple of months.
This portal would showcase all the residential and commercial
properties of India.

The model on which I am getting this website is made is www.realestate.com.au/
. Just like this website I would like to embed Google Map API feature
where in all the database of property listings could be synced to the
map.

Kindly provide relevent information that whether it will be a free
service or a Google map API Premier , and its pricing details.
