GWT 2.4 beta | compile Error

I try to migrate from gwt 2.3 to 2.4beta. Unfortunately I'm not not
able to compile:
Here's the relevant error:

[ERROR] Errors in 'jar:file/*********/gwt-user-2.4.jar!/com/google/

'javax.validation.ValidatorFactory' must be a class

'com.google.gwt.validation.client.ProviderValidationMessageResolver'
must be a class
[INFO] [ERROR] Cannot proceed due to previous errors
