[Google Maps API v2] My own Traffic layer on Google Maps v2

Hi,

I have my traffic data in a database and I need to show them on the
map depending on the part of the day using time slider.

Is there anybody who can give an example of the code?
I particularly need a slider and an idea how to display PostGIS
geometry on the road (the case is to show colorful roads depending on
the intensity)

Can somebody help me?
