Why class generation for UIBinder?

I think this way of getting a UiBinder is not necessary and it would
be less weird and easy simply creating an instance via constructor or
factory method. I believe the developers just wanted to keep
consistency with the class generation mecanism. I'm not complaining, i
just want to know the reason behind this. Thanks in advance.
