Re: keep Loading web service DOM...(waiting) upgrade to eclipse 3.7

I had that exact same issue with a brand new workspace. Then I tried reusing my eclipse 3.6 workspace in 3.7 and no longer have it. So it seems to me like it's related to the workspace anyway.
