[Google Maps API v2] Pop-up on google maps

Hi,

I need to show few markers on google map. When user hovers the mouse
over the marker i need to show the information in an external
window(pop-up). But the information shown in the external window is
too huge, for this i have to do the server hit using ajax get the html
and show the html in the pop-up. For this during the server hit i
would like to show some progress bar on the pop-up window and once i
have response from server i need to populate the HTML back in the
marker. Can some one guide me on this implementation please.
