[android-developers] can't show other language after make Email

hi all:

I get a strange problem. 

I make Email.apk in gingerbread and install it into my CM7.

but it can't display any other language except English.

I'm sure all language's string.xml is right. 

does anyone know how to fix it?

any suggestion will be appreciate.
