[Rails] RubyTalkTips is released

Users have reported that the link is not yet working.

I have re-updated the server DNS records. The Zone File Editor on
GoDaddy.com leaves a lot to be desired.

Until the nameservers propagate, use the ip:

http://50.62.128.115

or after propagation, use:

http://rubytalktips.com
