I'm not sure what you mean. You can call Paint.setColor() and provide an ARGB encoded integer as argument. You can use the Color class for constructing such an int with helper methods. Or you can call Paint.setARGB() for specifying the individual color channels.

If you want to draw a shape with different stroke and fill colors you could use two draw operations for that and change the Paint object's color and style in between.
